Nice touches for kids like comfortable travel cot w mattress and blankets, clean high chair, bibs, etc. Regular cleaning service. Small quiet beach 20 min walk away

In short: The place is just lovely; we would definitely come back! The host is very nice and helpful! It’s a good value for money, absolutey fai All previous reviews of the place are quite accurate. In details: The house inside is spacious and light, the “terrace” outside is much bigger than it seems on the photos. Private pool on the terrace is “a cherry on the cake”. There is also everything to make a bbq. In general, this holiday home is better/nicer than it looks on the photos, so don’t hesitate. We are family of 2 adults and 2 kids (13 and 10 yo) and we fit with quite a comfort. On the 2nd floor, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom/wc, the second big bedroom and the smaller bedroom (more meant for 1 adult or 2 kids, I would say, so it was just perfect for our teenager). And there is another separate bathroom/wc on the same 2nd floor. Living room is spacious, has a big comfy sofa. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. A really good thing is a garage in this house (seeing its steepy entrance for the very first time makes you really shocked and nervous but it’s okay - it’s typical Spain, you’ll get used to it😉 Whatever issues we had, the host has responded really fast and even came onsite to help. Really unexpected was the “welcome pack” from the host - eggs, milk, juice, beer, etc - which was just perfect as we arrived quite late in the night. So, we were very happy with the host. Thank you!:) The house is located in the private residential complex (Mariben Residence - literally a 20min drive from the TFS airport, if there’s no traffic), which is a beautiful and quiet place, far from touristic noise. The complex has its own little park (on the right hand side from the entance) with a breathtaking sea view - have a seat on the bench there to watch the sunset. There is a HEATED pool in the complex where you’ll have access to.

The location was just perfect for us, away from the hassle and bustle of the typical tourist places. The villa was very comfortable, with everything we needed, clean, spacious, well-equipped, fantastically decorated, smart TVs etc. We dined out almost every night and we would recommend Delhi Village Restaurant, only a 15-minute walk; Steak 21 (Urban Kitchen) only 5 min walk. We also drove to the Cable Car Volcano and it was good (book tickets in advance). There are Lidl and Aldi supermarkets nearby, about a 10 min drive, but you can do a quick shopping in 2 local shops within walking distance. If you are looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay, don't look any further, this is the place! We would consider going back 😉

The staff were really friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable and a very nice size for making breakfast and dinner. The balcony was lovely and the pool was a great size along and there were lots of really delicious restaurants near by. The beach was also close and Taxi's were easy to come by.

The vibe of the apartment was very stylish and still super-genuine. We felt very cozy in this well-equipped, duplex apartment, specially we did Home Office from the apartment. The internet connection is SUPERB: fast and reliable. We really appreciated our host, who was very efficient to answer fast our questions and he was very flexible about our on demand asks. Our favourite beach in the region is very close, the sunset is beautiful from the rooftop. Very clean apartment, we felt safe there during the Corona-period.  Highly recommended!
