Her tent flooded and all her belonging got wet. She managed to get a taxi to my hotel and under half an hour they had arranged an extra mattess to my room and put her wet clothes to a washing machine. All this without extra charges or any hesitation. They just wanted to help someone in need. When the festival program was cancelled for Friday, they organized a party at the lobby. We sang and played guitar, ate a meal that quests prepared together, drank beer and wine. I don't have words to descripe their true enthusiasm to take care of their customers.
