1. Arrived at 8am from KL and able to check in early around 9am for 2 rooms first without any charges. This one depends on availability. So that we can keep our luggage, rest, refreshing and get ready for the next location. Most of the place at Hatyai open at 10am. We really grateful they gave us early check in. You may discuss with them first. Like I said it depends on availability. 2. We love the coffee machine. 3. The price is very acceptable compare to the service we received. 4. Staff was very friendly . 5 ⭐ to all staff. If I'm not mistaken 1 of the staff named 'May'. She's really helpful. 5. Super clean and comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. 6. Express check in and check out.

Friendly staff, room is neat and clean, bed is comfy, security is good (you have to have a room key to tap on the glass door before you reach the lift), reception is on 24 hours basic, you could check in and check out in odd hours. There is a wet market nearby, selling fruits and other necessities... The room price is reasonable.
