Dear All, I decided to go to Turkey for the Dec holidays to ski, i went online to book for our stay. They had lots of options but one captured my attention cause of the cosy feel it gave from the pics and they did not disappoint. From the welcome at the reception to your own cabin in the woods assisted by the friendly porter and finally dinner at their restaurant everything was flawless and soo welcoming. We visited Uludag during off season when most of the resorts are closed in this ski station. But this property was open and a restaurant onsite was also functioning. We reached around 9pm, staffs were very welcoming and our check-in was swift, we were provided all the information. Hotel was clean, room was amazing and every detail was unique. We had our dinner at the onsite restaurant which served mainly Italian dishes and we really liked the food. Breakfast was amazing and in huge variety, very filling. Looking forward to come back and highly recommend.

The amazing experience started with the two concierge staff (Recep & Gokul). Their welcoming smile was so genuine and humble that melted s instantly. They helped to park my car that got stucked in snow a bit. By the time I went to check in, the receptionist also surprised us with free room upgrade. She had a genuine smile as well. She (I forgot her name 🤦‍♂️) informed us the timings for meals all thru the day. Then I met with another beautiful receptionist (Cyndi, forgot the Turkish name), who advised all the places and activities that can be done. Also informed her about my wife birthday surprise plan and she instantly proposed all the options and a real surprise were done along with Dicle who was responsible guest relation. My daughter loved Dicle so much...took some modeling photos..😁 The view from the room was simply breath taking
