Dear All, I decided to go to Turkey for the Dec holidays to ski, i went online to book for our stay. They had lots of options but one captured my attention cause of the cosy feel it gave from the pics and they did not disappoint. From the welcome at the reception to your own cabin in the woods assisted by the friendly porter and finally dinner at their restaurant everything was flawless and soo welcoming. A shoutout for one of the Customer Relations there, Ms. Buse who welcomed and answered all of our questions there - The size of the room are enough for our family - The meals (all breakfast, lunch and dinner, also coffee break) are all tasty and with huge variations of food. We visited Uludag during off season when most of the resorts are closed in this ski station. But this property was open and a restaurant onsite was also functioning. We reached around 9pm, staffs were very welcoming and our check-in was swift, we were provided all the information. Hotel was clean, room was amazing and every detail was unique. We had our dinner at the onsite restaurant which served mainly Italian dishes and we really liked the food. Breakfast was amazing and in huge variety, very filling. Looking forward to come back and highly recommend.

It was a wonderful place to stay , The staff were exceptionally helpful with anything you need, you will need a translator application such as google and they will help you with whatever you need with a smile :) If i’m coming back i will definitely book here

The staff were all so helpful, the food was excellent with lots of choice, the rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Skiing works differently from Europe with ski equipment hired by the day (1750 TRY for skis boots & poles - or 1500 if you don't need boots - 250 TRY discount for cash). Staff put the boots on for you and take them off - we thought this could be an issue thinking we might have to wait each day - but this was not the case as there was always someone on hand to help quickly. The pistes are not maintained like Europe but may suit borders more as snow is not compacted. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes.
