The location is absolutely convenient, just a few minutes walk from the main train station and also very close to the city center. The room's size was perfect, and we found it very clean; it looked just like the photos. Check-in and getting into the hotel are very easy.

Excellent location; lots of space for sleeping; helpful staff who allowed flexible check in and kindly allowed us to store our suitcases in their secure basement while we were in Salzburg for a few days in the middle of our Munich stay. Coffee maker is excellent, fridge is great, bathroom is nice.

Everything was nice. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, utensils, pot & pans, etc. The bed was comfortable. Several trams were close by, and there were 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Owner was responsive to any questions. Check-in was very easy.

The property was very nice and in a great location! We came to Munich for Springfest and everywhere we wanted to go was very close by including a train station. The apartment itself was very spacious and fit the 4 of us perfectly.
