The 2 brothers who manage the place, Ahmed and Mahmoud, have been the kindest, most honest and welcoming people I've met in my 2 weeks in Egypt! The view from the rooftop is amazing and enjoying breakfast / sunsets there was wonderful! The location is peaceful and authentic, as everyone in the local community is friendly. This has become my go-to happy place whenever in Luxor :)

It was very clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The shower is excellent and there is AC in the bedroom with a powerful fan in the living room. The staff is excellent - the manager arranged a felucca ride and airport transfer for us at good prices. We felt very well taken care of. The restaurant across the street Sunset is amazing. Hassan, the owner arranged breakfast for us on our early check-out day. Strongly consider staying on the west side - it is quieter with village style elements, and has a lot fewer folks hassling you to hire them. But another major advantage is the evening view of the East side with sights like Luxor Temple. Great area. Such a lovely stay.

My experience with them was amazing. They booked all the trips for us for a fair price, they took us to the ferry (even if it was only a 7 min walk), you can book a private ferry with them to the other side of the river where most of the hotels are, but believe me you are not going to miss too much if you only stay at the hotel, enjoy the Nile view from their pool and have a cold beer that they offer to you All the prices for the tours and meals are fair, and please try fish tagin, it is amazing!!! Sayde is so friendly, I will miss talking about life with him in the edge of the pool.. Hotel is located in a quite area, with 24 hours ferry to the other side, no Hassel, secure and nice real Egyptian people around. Good opportunity to have a stroll around.in the morning and see the people and the kids around. I definitely recommend!!! Felt at home. Hotel is super clean, flat is huge, amazing view from the balcony. Everything you want in a trip to Luxor. Osman, the driver is very very kind!!

He gives great recommendations for what to do nearby and can even help you get there, he helps you with absolutely everything you need and cooks you amazing meals if you ask him and for a very good price. The location is very peaceful and has a beautiful garden and fields nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious. This has amazing reviews for a reason and I would highly recommend to anyone

Highly recommended! Was perfect for us. The best location ever, a quick walk to the boat to go to the East for 10egp, where you'll find luxor museum just opposite. Karnak is a 10minutes walk from the boat arrival spot. The best restaurants are just by the flat! The Nile view and Thèbes restaurants. Both very cheap, fresh with breakfast options. A 5 min walk to get a sim card or get cash too..the flat was big, plenty of space, very comfortable beds, slept like a baby. 2 sofas and 2 armchairs in the living room, kettle and fully equiped kitchen. The view from the terrace is AMAZING! We had dinner up there few times to enjoy the lights and view of the Nile and luxor temple. Also, the swimming pool is very nice and much bigger than it looked on the pictures. Very safe place and nice owners. They offer help with anything you may need and check that you do not need anything else in your room all the time which is very thoughtfull. They are not pushy like everyone else around trying to sell you things. They offer trips but barely mention them so please ask if you need as their prices are very good compared to others. Their prices for king Valley or balloon were cheaper than what we have been offered elsewhere..and at least you do not have to negociate which a lot of us hate doing! We had a very nice stay there!
