In this experience, participants will learn what it takes to produce a glass of perfectly balanced red wine. Your wine-making journey will kick off with a tour of the winery, where participants will learn what goes into the wine-making process. Participants will be divided into groups and invited to savour six wines produced from three different regions. As you sample the different aromas and textures of the wines, you'll get to nibble on an accompanying charcuterie and cheese plate.
Each group will be given measuring cylinders and half an hour to concoct their ideal wine blend. The final result from each group will be face off in a blind taste test where a winner will be determined. Participants will have the option of exploring more wine varieties housed by the winery, or have your very own wine blend bottled and labelled to be sent to your address.

Children are permitted in the winery. However, participants must be at least 18 years old to take part in the experience.
