For this cooking class, you’ll head to a historic Neapolitan restaurant for a lesson in traditional pasta-making. An experienced chef will be your instructor, and you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta using a recipe beloved by Neapolitan grandmothers through the ages.
After preparing your dough and leaving it to rest, you’ll roll and cut your dough into different types of pasta including tagliatelle and ravioli, which you’ll cook with meat and Neapolitan sauce respectively. Once your fresh pastas are ready, you can sit down to enjoy them as a group with a refreshing drink.
