This class will teach you how to prepare a variety of doughs to produce delicious baked goods. Master baker Massimo will be your instructor, and he’ll teach you the fundamentals of creating perfect dough. You’ll also learn about the differences between types of pizza and Ligurian focaccia.

After levelling your dough, you’ll choose from a selection of mouth-watering seasonings and toppings before baking your creations to enjoy with a salad and drink.

    Arrive at Trattoria Pizzeria Bella Napoli. From the train station in La Spezia Centrale, take the marble staircase in front of the exit of the station. Cross the street and take Via Milano, following it until the end of the road. Then turn right in Via Antonio Gramsci, the restaurant is on your left a few metres ahead.
