Lots of areas in the garden to be a bit secluded and enjoy both sun and shade. Nice food for evening meals. Great views of the bay. Access to large beach just next door as well as a small entry point into the sea right from the resort. The areas around the accommodation were very well kept and nicely landscaped. A/C in the room was very good and the beds were very comfortable.

Situated in Sivota, 400 metres from Zavia Beach, EPHYRA features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The property is very well built/designed, exceptionally clean, well maintained and perfectly located, within an easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach and four restaurants. Despite it being on a road, it remains quite quiet at night. The view from our room was excellent and everything was very comfortable. It was wonderful to have two separate controls for the air conditioning temperature-upstairs and downstairs.
