What an amazing little piece of paradise in the heart of Malta. Close to the airport, we chose this hotel for just one night prior to our departure from Malta -- well, I wish we had stayed longer! Inviting ambience, relaxation, attentive and friendly hosts, I could have stayed a week there. All rooms are exquisitely furnished, equipped with L'Occitane toiletries, personal touch to every room, wow, wow, wow

The roof top terrasse for our room was really nice providing a private outdoor space with a view of the cathedral both at day and night. It is very spacious with room for inviting guests to join. The atmosphere is really charming with a good feel of an original Maltese house dating some 300 years back. On ground level there is a small inner courtyard also providing a shady place to sit during the hot hours. The hosts are really nice people that obviously enjoy taking time to exchange information about life Malta with their guests. This gives a very welcoming feeling during all the stay. The BB is located in a one way street with a number of busses departing close by but due to the small street they are not driving very fast and are thus not causing too much noise. Using the local public transportation app makes it easy to find the right busses and purchasing tickets can be done with contactless use of your credit card inside the bus at a cost of EUR 2 for a 2 hour ticked covering all of the island. We visited outside peak season but we assume that the busses will be even more crowded in the summer so it would be wise to expect some busses to simply pass your stop when they are too full.

Hotel was centrally located, many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast nook was absolutely adorable! The staff were wonderful and very friendly.

Can't go wrong wrong, lovely hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is kind and very helpfull, specially the director who is french. The breakfast is very good, also good to have a pool even if it is a bit small. The location is also perfect, close to 3 cities and the ferry to go to la valette. The bed is confortable which is not always the case in 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is very nice and new. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

The location was unbeatable – within walking distance of key landmarks, and yet the hotel was peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious local options. I also appreciated the extra touches, such as complimentary refreshments in the lobby. Special thanks to Axel and the team for being super caring and supportive throughout my stay – they truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area – it truly exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was amazing, helpful and kind. Everything about the room was great, we were surprised to see so many kitchen appliances.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Duke Boutique Hotel in Gozo, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food at the hotel was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options that satisfied our taste buds each day. Breakfast was particularly great, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty choices to start the day right. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be returning to The Duke Boutique Hotel.
