The place is amazing. The staff and hosts are super nice, the facilities looks great and the room is very comfortable. It’s also convenient considering it’s right in the middle of the island.

I had a fantastic week at Dock 1 Boutique Hotel in Cospicua. The hotel is small, cozy, and impeccably clean, with a great location and a perfect balcony view. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay—there wasn't a single thing I disliked. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.

I loved the location and so walkable and safe. I loved the exterior and interior it wa so unique. I loved the specific breakfast very tasty and nothing to waste and great americano. I loved the staff and the guy serving breakfast turned me on to the FLEA market that weekend walking distance to the hotel.

We were looking for a place near Birgu for the candlelight festival. Nice 15min walk along the harbour front to get there.

I liked everything. The people were friendly and helpful, the location was great, the food was yummy, and the facilities and room exceeded my expectations.

We had a harbor view room, which was a fantastic split level size and extremely comfortable, with great views of the harbour. The rooftop pool also had great views. Staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfasts had lots of choice. A bonus was the water taxi to Valletta was a few minutes from the from of the hotel on the harbour.

I was very happy about my decision to pick this hotel. It was modern, clean and well-decorated. It felt like a high-end place. I wouldn't even have expected complimentary coffee and tea, but there it was. The staff was very friendly. (Perhaps even a bit too aware of making a positive impression for the reviews. While their effort was appreciated, I’d love to see them relax, because it would wear you out feeling like you have to perform.) But the willingness to show that they care, that they are trying to make things good, means a lot. I'm glad I researched the hotel options a bit more, instead of going with one of the options the app put higher up in the search results. This hotel had a perfect location, you can reach St. Julians, Valletta, discount stores, and the airport on foot. Frankly, this hotel saved my Malta trip, because it was bad weather when I arrived, and the island is otherwise a bit dilapidated. The hotel is unusually well-renovated compared to the surroundings. Since hotels can cheat rewiews on booking.com, I feared before arrival things wouldn't be as presented. But it is actually this nice. Their reviews seem to be genuine. The view from the sunroof was the city and its interesting architecture, although by afternoon the sun was blocked by the building. The view from the room was a not-overly-bad sidestreet. I didn't hear many other guests, but I came during a quiet time. I have never given a hotel 10 stars before, because I am a picky reviewer. This high rating is caused by conditions that may have been particular to my experience, which may not be the same during your stay: good price, low occupancy, free upgrade. Another reviewer disliked the concrete ceiling, but I did not notice this as strongly negative. Many hotels have raw ceilings, I wouldn't even look there unless prompted. This had no functional downside. The hotel in general didn't have a naked feel to it, it was cozy. Maybe just not overly plush.

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional, I had a nice chat with them, they helped me with everything :) They even surprised me with a birthday treat, which absolutely made my day! Thank you so much! Also the spa was really nice: a pool with nice temperature water, steam room, salt room - I had a really good time there. I can also recommend the hair saloon, without appointment they did a blowdry in excellent quality. If ever going to Malta again, I'll definitely stay at the Phoenicia.

This boutique hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever experienced, in the most beautiful setting This Family owned property is an absolute delight; the staff, facilities, decor, services, the, 'Oh Mv Goodness food & wine' is incredible, even the Art work is stunning. Breakfast was excellent value too. No the reception isn't constantly staffed but you are given the owners mobile numbers, (x 2) for anything you need. The beds are also extremely comfortable. We verv much look forward to our return. Yes the immediate local area is undergoing rejuvenation but I have to say that if this is what you are focusing on, then this little corner of Heaven isn't for you in any case.

The hotel building is a palace. Our room was a duplex with two bathrooms, a living room downstairs, and the bedroom upstairs. The bed was really large and comfy. Everything exceeded our expectations, location, comfort, installations, but mostly the staff was very friendly and offered great service. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious! We also used the gym and took great photos in the terrace at sunset time.

It is in a great location very close to the Main Street, Parliament and the co-cathedral. There is a nice outdoor seating area on the roof with tables and chairs and a jacuzzi. It has a view of the water and Fort Ricasolli.

The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging tours for us and assisting in anything we wanted to arrange such as restaurant bookings etc, which is very important to book while in Valletta, the room was lovely and very clean, breakfast was also excellent.

Great place to stay, very clean and helpful staff. The location is very good, right on the center of Valletta, on the main street (Republik Street), close to every attraction in Valletta.

The closed in balcony was a cool way to look into the city while being protected from the wind. The place is new so everything felt fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Senglea suites was the last accommodation we stayed in before leaving the Malta and it was the highlight of the trip. Everything was just perfect. When Eric showed us our room we were impressed, such a good restoration, I just couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during in Malta. Our room was so elegant, spacious, spotless clean, the bed so comfortable and we had outstanding views over the harbour. Big thanks to Nitheesh for having the water replaced daily and for anything else we asked for. Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning was amazing (thank you Frances for the best scrambled eggs I’ve had). The hotel is ideally located in Senglea/Isla (part of the Three Cities) in a picturesque neighborhood, that keeps the authentic feel. Don’t worry about getting to Valletta because there are multiple options. You can take a boat taxi, the ferry or bus no 1 straight to Valletta and the bus stop is close by, just 4 minutes walk from the property. Along the harbour there are plenty of restaurants, nearby to the property, as well. Eric and Michael you both are amazing hosts, friendly, helpful and so attentive to details (thank you very much for flexibility regarding checking in and out late, appreciate). You are doing a great job. Thank you, you made our stay memorable. I hope to be back soon. 🤗

The place was calm, Nirvik was very helpful

The host was very helpful and professional, the stay was very pleasant. The apartment is in a nice location, close to three bus stations for different directions. There are also several restaurants and fast food places.
