The place is amazing. The staff and hosts are super nice, the facilities looks great and the room is very comfortable. It’s also convenient considering it’s right in the middle of the island.

The place is amazing, right in the heart of Malta and close to the Domo. There's a bus stop very close to the Boutique with direct connections to almost the entire island, it takes between 30 minutes up to 1.30 hours, depending on the route. There are plenty of Bolt offers, i recommend downloading the app as soon as you get to Malta to get advantage of them. Our room's entrance was on a small patio and it was cool during the night, we rarely had to put on the AC even during the day, despite the heat wave. The room was clean, big and tastefully decorated. It has a fridge and water is supplied every day, which is a nice extra touch. Carmen went beyond her attributions as a host and explained how the transportation works, she recommended us places to visit and where to eat (well). There are Maltese, Greek, Turkish, Libanese, Italian restaurants nearby, plenty of bars and a couple of Pastizzerias. (Many of the restaurants are closed on Tuesday, employees free day.) Carmen, Maria and Chris made our stay a memorable one and we are extremely grateful for their hospitality and kindness. Thank you all!

Fantastic location (literally across the road from the main gate into the ancient city of Mdina). Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely everything was super great! The host was a sweetheart and she upgraded our room. We are very thankful to her and we will 100% return again.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is kind and very helpfull, specially the director who is french. The breakfast is very good, also good to have a pool even if it is a bit small. The location is also perfect, close to 3 cities and the ferry to go to la valette. The bed is confortable which is not always the case in 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, I can't say anything bad about it, it's almost perfect, it's clean and tidy and we enjoyed their mini pool and garden. The most important thing is that the staff are friendly, I will recommend it to my friends who are going to Malta.😊

So pretty and well designed. Great location, particularly if you are getting the ferry in and out of Malta. Self check in / out is super convenient for late arrival and early departure.

Public transport is also close by, making it a great base for exploring the rest of Malta. If you're looking for a quiet, beautifully designed place with personalized service, M31 Boutique Suites is a gem. I highly recommend it for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who values comfort and a touch of luxury. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Malta! Breakfast was a delicious experience each morning, with a variety of options that were both healthy and indulgent — from flaky pastries to rich, flavorful local specialties. Dinner, however, was on another level — a true gourmet experience. Each course was thoughtfully crafted, with flavors that perfectly balanced creativity and tradition. The staff was amazing, helpful and kind. Everything about the room was great, we were surprised to see so many kitchen appliances.

Friendly staff and excellent service given at all times especially when it comes to have room service and making sure you have a table ready when it comes for breakfast. Will definitely return again!!
