The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

The hotel is beautiful, Malaysian culture inspired theme. The staff (Bell from Atas, Kiky at Reception, Wendy from UrSpa) were hospitable and provided us with care. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We stayed in the hotel for a week and everyday there is something new for you to have for breakfast. The hotel is clean. It is located near KLCC were you can go and visit Aquaria.

The staff were very very kind and welcoming and Ms. Fazilah was so wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and super delicious and the view was so nice. The Villa is well known by the locals and Grab.

What a charming place. We were warmly greeted as family and shown to a huge,  spotless and magnificent room. Our host’s son in law is the chef who prepared a flawless Char koey tiaw, the essential local dish of noodles fresh bean sprouts and prawns, for our dinner, along with a delicious Lai  chi kang, a fruity drink we’ve never sampled before, home made by our hostess.  Our hosts took us out to a local Chinese breakfast place to eat like a local and everyone could not have been more congenial!  There’s a lovely pool also. The place is a bit isolated outside of town, which makes it a quiet respite from the hubbub of Kota Baru. We had the best sleep of our trip here!

Clean, Convenient with good communication.

very nicely designed rooms with very friendly staff, providing us lots of tips and recommendations on where to go and visit. They are very helpful and can reach out to them easily via whatsapp for questions. they provide little local snacks each night for us to try. one thing i didn't read properly is that there is no TV in the room, but it was fine. we were watching on ipads and just chill in the room

Loved the hospitality from the staff! Jimmy, the concierge and Aleia at the reception were amazing helping my friend and I get checked in. After having an unpleasant stay at another hotel we quickly checked out and made a reservation at the Else. We were promptly greeted by Jimmy and escorted to the reception where Aleia helped check us into our room. The room was bright and esthetically nice. The salt water pool was great for the hot days and just taking a break from walking around the city. The location is perfect with a 5 minute walk (if that) to the central market and Chinatown just around the corner. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. They were even able to accommodate a half day rate for us to be able to use the room into the evening as our flight was late at night.

Perfect location to explore the nearby places of interest and access to loads of eateries and shops along Jonker Walk.

Our stay at Banyan Tree was the best decision I had made. It was fantastic from start to finish. Right after booking, the hotel sent us a helpful guide with details about the facilities and the great location. This made us feel welcome even before we arrived. The hotel has direct access to Pavilion Mall, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The luxury rooms were amazing. The shower felt like a spa, and the dressing room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. With excellent facilities, a prime location, and great service, our stay at [Hotel Name] was truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

Had a very comfortable, restful and yet, at the same time, fun stay at this hotel. Absolutely love the artwork placed around and I am totally in awe at how well designed this place is. The location is perfect - there are at least 4 different spas for you to choose from within walking distance in case you need a massage. Lots of food options in the area too! The hotel also provided some nice surprises during the stay :)
