The overall experience at this hotel was outstanding. I booked a smaller room, and the staff upgraded me to the Suite without any additional charges. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The rooms and washrooms are clean and hygienic. There is plenty of hotel parking that's available with the option of basement parking as well. They offer in-room Wi-Fi service as well.

My mom is on a wheelchair, and from the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. Their warmth, hospitality, and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. They welcomed us so kindly and provided exceptional service throughout.
