Zero English, no sign of my booking and they insisted I pay more. After waiting for almost two hours, around 3am in the morning was allowed to sleep on the basis that I leave by midday. Was the worst experience I ever had and made me doubt this app altogether. Totally disappointed with the whole experience. :-(
