The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Singapore. It is in the central business area. Travel options are close by with bus stops, MRT train stations and the Hop On Hop Off Tourist stops at the hotel. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby the hotel, The hotels own services are very good albeit quite expensive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and unlimited. Afternoon tea in the Courtyard is a must. The rooms are very good with a very, very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Room servicing is brilliant with the room cleaned daily but without disturbing you.

Hotel was near the Jewel entrance and metro station, also next to terminal 3. Breakfast restaurant was perfect. We will stay again at Crown Plaza Changi airport.

The hotel is in such a beautiful location! The rooms are very very thoughtfully designed and all the amenities provided in the room are better than what you would get in a five star accommodation. The team Irene, Loc and Davina were helpful throughout the stay and made sure all our requests were considered. Since the hotel is digital we were a little skeptical about the check in but even though we reached an hour early we were able check in seamlessly thanks to the team! The other great thing about this hotel is that even though the street gets busier at night, as we enter the hotel it gets nice and quiet and we would have a great nights sleep every night so much so that we would end up waking up late. All in all i highly recommend this place for anyone who has a budget but wants the best stay and location.
