It is very easy to access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage both when I checked in and when I checked out. They also informed me of my gate number when I checked out. The swimming pool was such a nice place to relax, although it rained so we didn’t swim. The atmosphere was very pleasant and my son enjoyed walking through the water. The restaurant area was also very nice -a warm and friendly environment. The complimentary meal was delicious.

Changi Airport (SIN) Information

Location and Transport

Changi Airport is Singapore’s main aviation hub, and can be found 11 miles (17 kilometres) northeast of Marina Bay, the capital’s Downtown. To get there, travellers can hop on the MRT train, changing at Tanah Merah Interchange. Trains run every 10 minutes. Alternatively, you could take the 36/37A bus, which stops at all terminals and runs every 10-12 minutes, or a taxi from outside Arrivals.

There are plenty of hotels located inside Changi Airport, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. There’s plenty on offer to keep you entertained before takeoff too. From innovative art installations to a 24-hour cinema, Changi Airport is essentially a one-stop entertainment hub. Terminals 1-3 even have their own rooftop gardens, with plant species from all over the world and incredible views of planes taxiing along the runways.

Terminal Information

Changi Airport currently has four main passenger terminals, with Terminal 4 being the newest, having opened in 2017. All terminals are connected by a free Skytrain service, which operates every five minutes from 05.00 to 02.30.

Those love the nature, quiet and peaceful place will be happy to come here. Really peaceful. They also have lots of seafood restaurants and fresh cooking. Delicious. Not fussy person, I think it will be good to come here and escape from busy hectic life schedule in town.

Singapore is a very clean & a well planned city, the inhabitants are disciplined and well mannered. There are many eateries with continental food, especially vegetarian. It is very easy to get around Singapore. The taxi systems are perfect, very clean taxies with well mannered drivers.

Many restaurants available nearby hotel, so the traveller guest can select the place according to his/her individual choice of food. I generally used to eat at restaurant OSMAN OR restaurant HABIB. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Possible for the travellers to connect to other cities in Malaysia from TBPG (Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang).

Favourite places: Gardens By The Bay (Supertrees, OCBC Skyway, Supertree Observatory, Garden Rhapsody, Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy), Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck, Chinatown, Kampong Gelam, Little India, Civic District, Singapore River, Merlion, Singapore Flyer, Raffles Bar, Sentosa Island, Singapore National Gallery, Singapore Museum, Asian Civilisations Museum, Botanic Gardens, Fort Canning Park, Changi Chapel and Museum, Orchard Road, Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Where to eat - anywhere, it shouldn't be a problem to find good places to eat. It's easy to get around Singapore on the Metro. The only times I also needed buses was when going to Mandai Wildlife Reserve (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, Bird Paradise, Rainforest Wild Asia - I only went to Night Safari as there's just too many things to do) and Changi Chapel and Museum and the nearby Changi Village. Great activities for solo travellers like me, all the places mentioned above. Singapore is hot and humid. I went in February as it's supposed to be the least humid time of year.

.There was many restaurant nearby.I had breakfast at Hua Mui,it is less then 2mins driving and the food is good and we like it.It was easy for us to go to the city and nearby places have a very nice landscape.There is mosque,lake and garden nearby.

We always like staying in Singapore.

We always like staying in Singapore. It is always beautifully clean and the MRT is excellent for getting around conveniently and quickly. Singapore has become more expensive over the years, but it always makes a good stopping off place if you are heading further afield.

The ambience is superb and our room facing south was a delight. We could see Chinatown. We have stayed here before and at The Amoy. We highly recommend both hotels. The Clan is across from the Telok Ayer subway stop. You can walk to many sights, including Lau Pa Sat. We didn’t get to use the pool this time, but have in the past. We needed a taxi for a 3:00 a.m. pickup to Changi Airport. The valet staff were able to set us up and take our bags down when we checked out. Excellent service!
