Excellent airport hotel. Everything was above our expectations. Our room was clean and had the most comfortable beds I have ever encountered. The bathroom was large and had a super comfortable bathtub. Hotel situated very close to Jewel (on terminal 3), which is a fantastic place to visit. We did not use the swimming pool because we stayed only one night.

Service was really quick and prompt. Steven helped explain everything related to my stay, from check-out to even the amenities that I got! I also got upgraded from the shared nap room to a room of my own, and when I asked for an extension upon check-in, that was processed quickly on top of my original booking. The room I got was clean with cold AC, would definitely stay again!
As for the lounge itself, the food was pretty varied, which is great since I could try a few different dishes. They were all warm or served fresh.

Perfect location inside the terminal so it is perfect for long layovers. No need to clear immigration and customs.
Dark, super quiet room with very comfortable beds. Very good shower and fluffy towels.
Excellent for getting some needed sleep between flights.

It was great.. very close to the airport, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. . there is a shopping center next to the hotel , you can get reasonably priced food there .. very convenient. Best hotel if you are in transit. The Gym was really good with sauna and steam room . Better than most hotels

Location and Transport
Changi Airport is Singapore’s main aviation hub, and can be found 11 miles (17 kilometres) northeast of Marina Bay, the capital’s Downtown. To get there, travellers can hop on the MRT train, changing at Tanah Merah Interchange. Trains run every 10 minutes. Alternatively, you could take the 36/37A bus, which stops at all terminals and runs every 10-12 minutes, or a taxi from outside Arrivals.

Those love the nature, quiet and peaceful place will be happy to come here. Really peaceful. They also have lots of seafood restaurants and fresh cooking. Delicious. Not fussy person, I think it will be good to come here and escape from busy hectic life schedule in town.

Many restaurants available nearby hotel, so the traveller guest can select the place according to his/her individual choice of food. I generally used to eat at restaurant OSMAN OR restaurant HABIB. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Possible for the travellers to connect to other cities in Malaysia from TBPG (Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang).

The city is beautiful, very clean with Lots of sites to visit. Unfortunately i had only 2 days. The Gardens by the bay are wonderful, the plants are luxurious and very diverse, the grounds very nicely maintained. I visited also the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest - they all add to the experience of very luxurious plants. The Flower Dome had plants from different regional of the World; between the beautiful plants there were amazing Sculptures made of metal, stone or wood. The Cloud Forest had a Jurassic park exibit with dinosaurs. Overall an amazing experience that i highly recommend.

The ambience is superb and our room facing south was a delight. We could see Chinatown. We have stayed here before and at The Amoy. We highly recommend both hotels. The Clan is across from the Telok Ayer subway stop. You can walk to many sights, including Lau Pa Sat. We didn’t get to use the pool this time, but have in the past. We needed a taxi for a 3:00 a.m. pickup to Changi Airport. The valet staff were able to set us up and take our bags down when we checked out. Excellent service!
