The hotel was brand new and very modern. The room was super clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. The staff was extremely helpful guiding us through places to go and transportation. They arranged taxis and motor bikes for us.

Very clean. Great internet. Not a tourist-saturated area.

After a long trip throughout Vietnam and staying in many places, we decided to pick this hotel for our last destination before heading back home. It was by far the best accommodation we had in Vietnam and had everything you could hope for. The rooms were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect, the pool was amazing, price was extremely good value… and then of course the staff. Linda and Kevin were absolutely perfect. Between providing us with the best recommandations, organizing our rides to the airport, their friendliness and how accommodating they were… Literally made us feel at home. Kevin was reaching out long before our check-in to make sure our arrival would be perfect, and he did such a great job. I will come back to Hoi An and I know exactly where I’ll be staying!!

Here we found exactly what we needed. What did we like most? The cleanliness, everything works properly, and especially the shower. It has good water pressure and does not splash water all over the bathroom. The owner is always ready to help and responds quickly to anything we need.

The hotel is the perfect place for a pleasant stay in Hoi An: the rooms are comfortable and packed with every amenity you could need, the place is beautiful, the food extremely delicious and the location adequate. The staff was lovely, friendly and so helpful at all times! Id like to specially thank Ms. Dzung, she was very nice to us and made us feel great ❤️. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to go to Hoi An

Great little guest house with large, clean, comfortable rooms. The location is between the beach and the town right near the rice paddies. The manager and staff are very nice and accommodating. At this price pint, it’s a can’t miss.

The location is ideal because its just a 5 min ride to the Old town by car/Grab or a 10 min bicycle ride from the Hotel which they offer for free, in addition there is a free shuttle bus from the Hotel that we took a couple of times aswell. The facilities are awesome, the Hotel is practically new, it was nice to see that the Hotel on site looks exactly as in the photos, all very clean, great room size and a good breakfast buffet. The Hotel staff was brilliant from day one. They were all very attentive and extremely friendly, I would like to highlight the kind service we received from Lily, Molly, Sunny, Suly and Coy. Not to forget the staff from the SPA Hanna and Jam which gave us a great masages and facial treatments amd which we totally recommend.

I spent only 2 nights but really enjoyed Hoi An thanks to kind staff. They arranged transportation, tour etc. then took care of every small concern. The hotel, good variety of breakfast, walking distance to old town but not noisy at night.

Staying at this property felt like a little slice of Greece. It had everything we could have asked for! The complimentary bikes were a fantastic way to explore, and the buffet breakfast was a great start to each day. I shared a suggestion with the manager, who was genuinely open to feedback, about clearly labeling allergens, particularly for gluten-free options. She was very receptive and understanding, and I hope this will be taken on board for future improvements. The staff went above and beyond for us, even offering a late checkout by an extra hour to suit our schedule. After a full day of cycling around Hoi An, they kindly provided us access to a shower at 6pm before our departure, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’d highly recommend staying here. It is a warm, welcoming place with excellent service and great value!
