Gold View has an amazing valley view and even better service. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location — close to the center, night market, Lam Vien Square, and lots of cafes.

All the staff’s were very accommodating. Superb! Hospitality at its’s finest. From checking in, dining, and upon checking out they’re all very helpful. Location is great if you’re going around old quarter area and nearby attractions. Clean rooms and the sheets smells good. We have a pleasant stay with Le Premier Hotel.

After a long trip throughout Vietnam and staying in many places, we decided to pick this hotel for our last destination before heading back home. It was by far the best accommodation we had in Vietnam and had everything you could hope for. The rooms were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect, the pool was amazing, price was extremely good value… and then of course the staff. Linda and Kevin were absolutely perfect. Between providing us with the best recommandations, organizing our rides to the airport, their friendliness and how accommodating they were… Literally made us feel at home. Kevin was reaching out long before our check-in to make sure our arrival would be perfect, and he did such a great job. I will come back to Hoi An and I know exactly where I’ll be staying!!

We hesitated because there were few reviews, but were happy that we took the chance since it was a brand new hotel, with a great pool on the roof. It was a 3 min drive from the station by car. The room was clean, and the beds where the most comfy we had thus far in vietnam, not too hard and not too soft. The receptionist was very kind and helped us order breakfast and motorbikes.

The new hotel is stylish, clean with lovely rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Its prime location is a major plus. Situated near the paddy fields, the villa offers a serene and refreshing atmosphere. Despite our late-night check-in, Mr. Will, the host, patiently waited for us and provided excellent support. He also shared recommendations for interesting places to visit and delightful local cuisine in Hoi An. Additionally, guests can freely use bicycles to explore the old town. We wholeheartedly endorse this place and will enthusiastically recommend it to our friends and family.

One of the highlights of my trip was discovering the local dining scene.—the food was consistently delicious, and the setting in a lush garden by the river created a wonderful dining experience. The family who manages the restaurant was very kind and attentive. For a different taste, I also tried the roasted duck at "Family Restaurant" on the main street, which was equally impressive and definitely worth a visit.

I used this hotel as a two week relaxing spot during my Asia trip. The staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. They arrange airport pickups and drop offs (for a good price), daytrips and more.

The location is ideal because its just a 5 min ride to the Old town by car/Grab or a 10 min bicycle ride from the Hotel which they offer for free, in addition there is a free shuttle bus from the Hotel that we took a couple of times aswell. The facilities are awesome, the Hotel is practically new, it was nice to see that the Hotel on site looks exactly as in the photos, all very clean, great room size and a good breakfast buffet. The Hotel staff was brilliant from day one. They were all very attentive and extremely friendly, I would like to highlight the kind service we received from Lily, Molly, Sunny, Suly and Coy. Not to forget the staff from the SPA Hanna and Jam which gave us a great masages and facial treatments amd which we totally recommend.

Great little guest house with large, clean, comfortable rooms. The location is between the beach and the town right near the rice paddies. The manager and staff are very nice and accommodating. At this price pint, it’s a can’t miss.
