The staff , especially Kevin, are very kind and welcoming! Consistently assisted with anything at all but without bothering - we truly appreciated it.
The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk from the center , but we didn’t mind the walk at all.
The AC works amazing in the room (better than my own AC back home!!!) and the bed is super comfy. We immediately requested a quiet room when we first got to the hotel and indeed we got a very quiet room which was lovely.

We had the most accommodating hosts, that helped us with laundry, motorbike rental, and setting up the Tam Coc itinerary
It was a pleasure meeting Tony and the other staff members that made our stay unforgettable, when we visit Tam Coc in the future, we will know where to stay again

We hesitated because there were few reviews, but were happy that we took the chance since it was a brand new hotel, with a great pool on the roof. It was a 3 min drive from the station by car. The room was clean, and the beds where the most comfy we had thus far in vietnam, not too hard and not too soft. The receptionist was very kind and helped us order breakfast and motorbikes.

During my recent vacation, I stayed at a hotel that truly impressed me. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was especially rich, offering a wide variety of fresh and delightful dishes to suit every taste. Above all, the staff was courteous, professional, and very welcoming—they ensured a pleasant experience from the moment of arrival until departure. Specially Ms. Dzung. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

We were a big group celebrating my 60th birthday across five cities in Vietnam and our final stop in Hoi An was truly memorable, thanks to La Silk Riverside Hoi An Hotel and Spa.
Our family stayed in rooms with relaxing pool views, while some of our relatives enjoyed beautiful views of the river. Everyone was impressed! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, always ready with a smile.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and generous, the WiFi connection was strong, and the spa and massage services were exceptional — definitely a highlight after all the traveling! The rooms and the pool area were spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
We felt right at home and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty and warmth of Vietnam.
