I am a huge fan of locally owned accommodation. Everything was top-notch! Especially the lady owner Dy and her helper. The rooms are huge and extremely clean with amenities that of a hotel (kettle, coffee, bottled water, toiletries, hair dryer). Location is walking distance to the main life in town yet it is quiet enough at night for a good rest. Local coffee/ tea is just across the road and great food round the corner. Security is tight as access to the hotel can only be via keycards. What is really commendable is the hospitality of Dy. She is awesomazingly nice and helpful. A lady who went way and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one, whereby the needs of her guests surpasses that of her own. We communicated before our arrival about the rooms and tourist enquiries. She was very accommodating to change our rooms to a lower level on our 2nd night onwards when the previous guests checked out, to make it safer and more convenient for my elderly parents. We were welcomed with a hand-written note about the information I enquired prior to our arrival (food and places of interests). What really moved us was when she attended and made sure we had a fair transport deal to a local diner, when she was already rushing for a flight to the airport! Her hospitality level is above rating and we are so grateful and blessed to have met and stayed with her. The only downside (which I am totally fine with) is the absence of a lift to access the higher leveled rooms. Something to consider for travelers who are not able to climb the stairs. Even for this factor, we were informed prior to our arrival and arrangements were made accordingly for us (the change of rooms). Thank you Dy, for being such a wonderful host!

Clean, Big space, new, comfy. Compared to many hotels that I have booked in Hatyai, this hotel is the best and is in my top 3 list. It is newly opened, just beside the Ai-cha shop. The lobby is full of sweet and nice smells. Easy check in, and the staff is Great! Firstly I thought of an early check in , I texted the staff , although I was unable to check in early, but I still feel thankful because they replied. Some of the hotels ignore the message . It is near 7 Eleven also. Just right the corner. Will book again in the future. I love the most is the TV. I can connect with YouTube.
