Rosario was very friendly and helpful! The house is in a gated community with a security guard. There was a restaurant very close by, inside of the gate, so we didn't have to leave. The AC worked great!

Place is new, bed are brand new and made of high quality fabrics (very soft and confy made of anti-allergenic materials) blankets, pillows, bed's cover are new. Room are new, very, very clean, TV and A/C are brand new. It has a support device to place your luggage so you don't let it on the floor (good for your back! And easy to search for your items, without kneel down or bending your back). It also has a movable coat rack to hang your clothes. Bathroom is new and very, very clean, brand new toilette, decoration is excellent! It has wall shelves, so you can place your items/clothes, instead of letting them inside your luggage (that good to avoid odors when weared clothes gets when stored in close compariment like luggage), it also has little drawers at both sides of bed Illumination is excellent! Managers take charge of your needs.

Comfortable bed, top notch customer service, really good breakfast and coffee. Juan Carlos and kitchen staff were amazingly attentive to us.
