Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

The hospitality and the service you get in aryaduta is one of a kind. I have been here for 7 years now and every single time they give such good service. I feel so at home here and in palembang. Thanks to communication, the gm andre, security that helpt me every time with the stroler. And to the service in the lounge she just works there for 4 months but her service was great.
