The hotel itself boasts great facilities with a variety of good food options, but the breakfast truly stands out – it's amazing, offering dozens of delicious and yummy choices to start the day right. However, the absolute best thing about this hotel is its incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, every single team member I encountered, from the dedicated cleaning crew who kept the rooms spotless to the attentive waiters and all other staff, was exceptionally nice, genuinely caring, and consistently customer-oriented. They were always willing to help out with a smile, and their warmth and professionalism made a wonderful and significant difference to my entire stay. It's rare to see such a consistently high level of service across the board. Highly, highly recommended for an unforgettable Yogyakarta experience!
