Pajamas very also comfy and made the whole exprience very homely. The room and entire hotel had nice decorations which was nice. Typically Japanese hotels tend to be quite plain. Visited 7 different hotels during my stay in Japan and this was by far the best one.

The property is less than 1 km from Kyukaruizawa Ginza and a 12-minute walk from Kumoba Pond. We only stayed one night at Twin-Line Karuizawa before heading to Shiraito no Taki early the next morning, but we truly wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Our room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s also in a great location—perfect for visiting the waterfall, with the bus stop just a few steps from the entrance. We’re so grateful for the experience.

The washing machine in the room was a BIG plus (if I had known before coming I would have packed much lighter). The hotel is Incredibly cost effective.
