Check-In & Identification:

Further details about check-in will be provided after all the requested documents are received and the damage deposit is paid.

Guests must submit identification such as valid passport before arrival.

The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance.

Payment:

For reservations valued over AED 3,200, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Damage Deposit

Guests must pay a damage deposit of 2000 AED prior to check-in.

This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

House Rules & Restrictions:

Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests.

Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking inside (smoking on the balcony is allowed).

Violations and disturbances result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.

Additional Amenities:

Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).

If guests require parking, they are advised to contact the property in advance to get parking access.

손해 보증금(AED 2,000)을 지불하셔야 합니다. 체크인 일 전 숙소 측에서 해당 금액을 청구합니다. 신용카드를 통해 지불하실 수 있습니다. 체크아웃 후 14일 이내에 환불 받으실 수 있습니다. 숙소 측에서 객실 점검 후 이상이 없을 시 손해 보증금 전액을 신용카드를 통해 돌려드립니다.
