The main doors to the yard, building and apartment are equipped with a dial-in electronic key-lock; you will receive the access codes by email the day before you check-in! Limited number of parking spots are also available in the backyard of the building. Need reservation at the time of booking. Each of the 3-bedroom apartments has 3 bathrooms (two regular and one small bathroom), living-room with kitchen, and three bedrooms, one of which has 2 separate beds and the other two have queen-size beds and a shared balcony. * If you stay 2, 3 or 4 nights we offer 2 sets per person (2 bath towel +2 hand towel) For 5 nights – 3 sets per person (3 bath towel +3 hand towel) For 6 nights and more - 3 sets per person (3bath towel +3hand towel) + Bedlinens/ Towels change and CLEANING – free of charge NOTE: Both studios are located on the 5th floor. The elevator is up to 4 floors, you need to climbs stairs between 4th and 5th floor! IMPORTANT: We have Quick and Easy Self Service. Once you have decided to stay in our apartments you need to register the passports for every guest. You can do this ahead before arrival and then receive the access instructions.
