Our building was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century. It was renovated in 2019 in a sophisticated way, and it is full of carefully taken care details. Located at the peculiar and historical Doctor Balmis Plaza, a calm bastion within the city centre, and less than a minute's walk from the quirky little streets where you'll find terraces, restaurants, breweries and all different types of cuisine. From there you can walk to the beach, visit the old town and the Teatro Principal, or ride the elevator up to Santa Bárbara Castle, etc. The nearest airport is Alicante airport, which is 9 km from the city centre.
