Due to COVID 19 we are unable to accommodate foreigners until September of 2020. Spaniards may come only from the province of Valencia until 6/22/2020 and after this date we will accept accommodation bookings from Spain only. Hygiene measures have been reinforced for your safety and tranquility, therefore, we have removed some unnecessary items such as decorations or carpets. We will have alcohol gel for hand hygiene. The apartment is located at a main avenue next to the cause of the old River Turia (currently converted into a park) where you can do sports activities or just walk and breathe fresh air. The apartment consists of 110 square meters very well distributed entering the living room with a built-in kitchen and then access to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room giving a touch of privacy. There is a balcony-terrace with turia river views. The apartment has a contemporary style. We admit educated pets. We leave a welcome kit to our guests!

The best part of the neighborhood is to be meters from a unique walk as it is the old river turned into a park with many attractions. The botanical garden of the city is located just 400 meters from the apartment, as well as the Cabecera park and the Bioparc. The Quart towers, where you enter the old town, are 700 meters away. The Nuevo Centro is a multispace with shops, including El Corte Ingles and is only 400 meters away. Well connected at the intersection of two major avenues, you can connect with the whole city by metro and bus. The area is surrounded by shops and supermarkets, including a bike rent shop.
