Beautiful apartment recently renovated and with all amenities just 5 minutes from the historic center of Granada, just a step away from the Renfe station. The perfect choice to discover the city and enjoy its atmosphere. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The accommodation is fully equipped and has been recently renovated so it is brand new, furniture and kitchenware are new and we have taken care that it has a modern and warm decoration so you can feel like at home. And most importantly, the mattresses and the sofa are in perfect condition so you can relax after an intense day of sightseeing. The apartment has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 1.50m double bed and 3 bedrooms with a single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room if necessary. 7 people can be comfortably accomodated. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 complete bathrooms and we will leave you clean and ready for use: towels, sheets, gel and shampoo.

You will be in one of the most important areas of the city, a few meters from the historic center and one of the neighborhoods with the best atmosphere and personality, full of bars where you can enjoy local people and their tapas, shops, businesses and connections with buses and taxis, next to the apartment. Furthermore, it is a very quiet street at night. The apartment is located close to the train station and the central Avenida Constitución and you can walk to any tourist spot in the city in 5-10 minutes. The Cathedral and Plaza Nueva are just 20 minutes away on foot. Parking: with a bit of luck, it's possible to park for free on the street, anyway in the vicinity there are two covered public car parks at a good price where you can park your car.
