In Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, we offer this charming 47 m² chalet with shared pool in the residential park, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom on the ground floor and a lovely sleeping and relaxation area upstairs, with single beds and a sleeping area with a bed for 2. Downstairs, a shower room and separate toilet, a large south-west-facing balcony terrace, and a 300 m² garden with a lovely shaded terrace equipped with table and benches for those warm summer days. The accommodation comprises First floor - 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor - A sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds - A study area Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bath, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior - A 20 m² terrace, south-west facing, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A beautiful 300 m² shared, unenclosed garden surrounding the chalet Communal area - A shared, heated indoor swimming pool, open from April to September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence) Other notes - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
