On the 4th and last floor with elevator, pleasant and quiet apartment, fully equipped, free and secure parking at the foot of the building. It has efficient internet access via fiber optic. You will have a private bedroom with a desk. Breakfast is included; and you can at any time have a coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits... IMPORTANT, HERE ARE THE RULES TO FOLLOW IN THE APARTMENT: General: _No smoking inside, even open window (possibility to smoke on the balcony) _No drugs or drunkenness _Do not invite outsiders _Silence is requested after midnight. _Do not eat in the room or drink anything other than water _Turn off the light when you leave a room, or the hallway _Do not let the water run while brushing your teeth or soaping your hands _Make sure to turn off the heating of the room when you leave Mandatory hygiene: - wash your hands when you arrive at home - wash your hands when you leave the toilet - wash your hands before using the kitchen Bathroom : _ Wipe up the water around the basin _Do not leave clumps of hair in the bathtub _I can do your laundry. To do this, I invite you to tell me about it and/or to leave your laundry directly in the washing machine; I will complete and schedule the launch of the machine myself, usually overnight. In the early morning, I will extend it. Kitchen : _No need to do the dishes by hand because there is a dishwasher (I take care of filling it and programming it) _Remember to clean the surfaces after cooking _Avoid leaving opened food in the fridge (or elsewhere) at the end of your stay; it might be ruined If you have any doubts about anything, do not hesitate to ask me questions rather than taking unfortunate initiatives.

I am a friendly, peaceful host, who appreciates human and sincere contact, sharing, meeting and discovering others, their universe, their psychology. I like classical music, yoga, swimming, cycling, plants, eating (healthy food)...

The area is very quiet although quite popular. There is a large shopping center 10 min walk, the Purpan hospital 15 min walk; the airport less than 10 minutes by road, the tram 5 minutes on foot (access to the city center in half an hour). If you want to walk or run in nature, the green corridor of Touch is a 15-minute walk away.
