The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms include a double with a TV and en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a side decking with furniture, a rear garden with lawn, decking and hot tub, shared grounds, and free on-site parking for two cars. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5, a pub. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 3 The Fairway welcomes families and groups of four to discover East Yorkshire's historic towns and coast. You are not permitted to charge your electric car at the property. Cottingham is a lovely village in Yorkshire's East Riding, north of Kingston upon Hull and a few miles from Beverley, a pretty market town. Cottingham has a modest high street with a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés, with even more excellent eateries to be found in the surrounding villages. Cottingham is close to the charming seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington, and Filey, as well as the Yorkshire Wolds, and is about an hour's drive from York.
