If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.

손해 보증금(£250)을 지불하셔야 합니다. 체크인 일 전 숙소 측에서 해당 금액을 청구합니다. 신용카드를 통해 지불하실 수 있습니다. 체크아웃 후 7일 이내에 환불 받으실 수 있습니다. 숙소 측에서 객실 점검 후 이상이 없을 시 손해 보증금 전액을 신용카드를 통해 돌려드립니다.
