This comfortable and spacious 2 bed apartment is just a 10 minute drive/20 minute walk to the city centre. This is an ideal apartment for sight seeing or a home away from home if working in the area. There is a Blink camera for the front door only, for the guest safety. Bright Bedrooms: The apartment boasts two bright double bedrooms featuring comfortable beds for you to sink into after a long days sightseeing. There is a spacious wardrobe. Modern Bathroom: There is a bathroom with a large bath which is ideal for running yourself a relaxing bubble bath after a long day. There is also a shower over the bath with excellent water pressure. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries. Towels are provided. Sociable Living Area: The apartment has a comfortable living room which is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofas watching your favourite shows on the large Smart TV. There is a single sofa bed available meaning that the flat can comfortably sleep up to six guests. We will provide the linen if you book for 5 to 6 guests. Well Equipped Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a lovely dinner with friends which can be enjoyed in the large dining room. Parking: There is a residents parking area and you may park up to one car in there, the spaces are not numbered so just park anywhere as long as there is space. You can also park for free on the road directly outside the apartment with no restrictions. Access: The property has a self-check-in and check-out process so that you can come and go at your leisure. We are available throughout your stay, and we work with a fantastic concierge service which means that we are available 24-7 to help with any queries or provide recommendations on restaurants or places to visit. Verification: Please note you'll need to submit your ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking.

The apartment is located just 20min walk (or 3 minute Uber!) from the vibrant city of Manchester. Manchester is easily accessed by foot but for those driving there is free parking provided on site and there it is also free to park on the street.
