A quirky, fun, bright, secluded apartment - it makes people smile. Completely renovated and ideal for up to 6 friends, small families on holiday or just a romantic get away. Arranged over three floors, there's a big kitchen dining area with everything you need to entertain up to six people on the first floor. We've provided everything you'll need in the kitchen and all the basics like tea, coffee, milk, olive oil etc. There should even be some cookies for emergencies. On the second floor is a cozy double bedroom and next to that the main bathroom with bath and walk in shower (there's another toilet on the first floor landing). The main room at the front of the top floor is a sitting area with super comfy 'Togo' sofas you can shove around to make you own nest. There's a smart TV (Netflix etc.) and a speaker that hooks up to your phone for music. above this is the mezzanine bedroom under a barrelled ceiling, this is a really lovely space with a big comfy bed. The sofa bed is in the dining room so each of the 3 beds is in its own private room. Please do not book for hen parties or stag nights the apartment really is not a suitable venue.

Hi, I work as a commercial photographer when I'm not busy hosting and maintaining the 2 properties we rent out in Hove. My wife and I have lived in Brighton for over 20 years and have three teenage kids who all grew up in Lower Market Street. We are helped by our friend Ronnie who lives in the street, so between us we have a pretty extensive knowledge of what's happening in Brighton and we'll go out of our way to make your stay as pleasant and fun as possible.

The apartment is right next to the nicest bit of the beach (200 metres). Very close to the i360, the Bandstand where everyone has their wedding photos, and an easy walk into the Brighton Lanes with all the shops, bars, clubs and theatres. The street itself is a small one way road with almost no through traffic so it's a bit of a secret oasis. It's quiet and very friendly we lived here for 12 years and really miss living here. If you're too relaxed to go into town there's a great pub at the top of the road, a lovely bakery and an organic juice bar on the corner. Hove lawns start at the bottom of the road so you can either head left into the bustle of Brighton or right into more leisurely Hove. Just round the corner is Brunswick Square, a lovely spot to chill out or have a picnic, especially if the beach is a bit windy. There's a really nice playground on the beach with sandpits and a big paddling area - my kids spent half their childhoods in there
