The Neighbourhood The smaller, and quieter relative to neighbouring Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe, is an integral part of Bournemouth. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity, and close enough to Bournemouth to enjoy a sunset walk along the sea-path! Boscombe High Street is only five minutes from your front door, offering shops, cafes, and restaurants. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean, quiet beach for you to make use of and with its own Victorian pier. Bournemouth is famous for its chines, but Boscombe has its own. Beachfront Boscombe Chine is a verdant maze of woodland walks winding around flower beds and frequented by a variety of birds, home to some entertaining squirrels and a delightful crazy golf course! The seasonal land train runs along the promenade underneath the cliffs to the coastal town centre of Bournemouth with its extensive shopping, entertainment facilities, and a plethora of restaurants and bars.
