Lucia Simona Villas are owned by Pasquale D'Amico, his lovely wife Ifigenia, delightful daughter Lucia Simona and their friendly son Felix. A perfect Greek/Italian combination, just like Lucia Simona Villas itself!! Together with the property maintenance team it will be an honour for the D'Amico family to welcome you at their lovely villas and make your visit enjoyable, relaxing and full of happy memories. Pasquale and Ifigenia met at Architectural College and together designed the wonderful and unique Lucia Simona Villas. Built in 2008, Lucia Simona Villas are 300m2 and are located in beautifully maintained gardens that are in the region of 3000m2. There is a BBQ area and a large outside dining room area that will comfortably seat 15 guests. There are a number of fully furnished pergolas within the grounds that provide shade. The large swimming pool with jacuzzi is surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. In addition to a thorough changeover clean, there is a midweek clean when the towels and linen are changed. The grounds and pool are cleaned daily. To assist with cleaning, the Villas must be vacated by 10am on departure day and is not available to occupy until 4pm on arrival day.

On the border of Trapezaki and Mousata, the unique Lucia Simona Villas can be rented as an entire property for large groups that do not exceed 15 members. The two villas, gardens and large swimming pool would be exclusive to large groups. It has proven perfect for large wedding groups and family gatherings, early bookings are recommended. Villa Lucia or Villa Simona can also be rented as individual villas with a shared swimming pool and gardens. Villa Lucia is designed to comfortably sleep 9 guests and Villa Simona will comfortably sleep 6 guests. Subject to availability, individual self-contained apartments can also be rented within the villas. Villa Simona on the left of the photograph has one self contained double bedroom on the ground floor and two self contained rooms on the top floor with balcony. One of which is a double bedroom the other is a twin bedroom. This property also has a communal living room area on the ground floor, a kitchen, separate toilet and shower and patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. Villa Lucia to the right, is identical in build but has an extension that will accommodate three extra guests in a two bedroom apartment. BBQ area and parking.

Lucia Simona Villas are located at the foot of Mount Aenos, one of the ten national parks in Greece. The village of Trapezaki and its neighbouring villages provide many excellent restaurants. There are many beaches, shops, tavernas, car hire companies, bakers and butchers within 4km of the villa. There is easy access to our capital Argostoli, a 13km drive, and its many facilities. Nearest Supermarkets: Carrefores, Alpha Beta, Lidl's all at 8km. Nearest Shops : Trapazaki Mini Market at 500 meters.
