Renovated in 2019 internally and externally. An independent studio of 60sq meters, right in front of the sea,at Malaki area,approximately 12km from Volos, suitable for couples and families. It includes 1 bedroom, and another room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and may accommodate up to 4 persons. Guests can enjoy the organized garden of the main house -big trees and grass in a property of approximately 1 acre . Only 5 meters from the sea there is a stone paved patio to enjoy breakfast and/or dinner. The bedroom (25 sq meters) has one double bed and a single bed, as well as a balcony with a table and four chairs. The view to the sea, which is right in front of the house, is perfect. The other room has a big sofa convenient for adult or child and a table with four chairs for breakfast and dinning. The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 10 step staircase leading to the entrance of the studio. There is air-condition and strong WiFi. A storage area of 20 sqm in the ground floor is also available to visitors. The cottage is surrounded with a fence and is completely secure. Within the large yard, there is a tennis court, a traditional oven and barbecue facilities by sea.

From May until October the hosts will be staying at the main house of the property, next to the guest house and shall be available on the spot. For the rest of the year, we will be present upon arrival and departure, unless a specific need comes up. The yard is only 3 meters from the sea to which guests have a private entrance from the villas' large colorful garden. A large tree by the entrance to the sea offers a natural shadow to the beach chairs that are provided.

The house is located in a very quiet area, relatively isolated from other houses around it (absolutely quiet at night). It is ideal for summer holidays, as well as autumn and winter holidays or intellectual work. Our guests may park their car on the road right next to the house or inside the yard. There is a bus stop 500 meters away from the property and to both directions, within maximum ten minutes walk across the seaside, there are cafes, traditional fish taverns and bars. The house is located in an ideal location with easy access to famous sightseeing places in mount Pelion. Within 2 km from the studio, there is the historical picturesque station of the little train of Pelion. Guests can enjoy a mountainous return journey to and from Milies village every day in July and August. The famous beaches of the Aegean sea (Fakistra, Damouhari, Chorefto etc.) and the unique Trikeri island in the middle of Pagasitikos gulf are nearby. The worldwide famous attraction of Meteora is only 140 km via highway. The nearest village with pharmacy, doctors, super market, gas stations, butchery, meat and seafood taverns, traditional coffee shop, taxi is only 1,5 km from the house.
