The apartment is a nice two-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, with 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is new and fully equipped, bathroom with a new shower box (NO bidet), washing machine and a small balcony from the living room. The house is located a few steps from the Rho Pero Exhibition Center and is therefore convenient and strategic for all those who stay here for work. Also convenient for those who have to go to Milan since the apartment is located a few steps from the subway. Exactly 4 minutes BY FOOT!!! So it is very easy and fast to reach the center of Milan. Guests must pay the city tax before the check-out.

The area is excellent, not only because it is close to the fair but above all because it is well served by public transport (bus and subway), full of other services such as restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and bars. And all in a peaceful setting a stone's throw from Milan. In Pero there is also a cycle path, convenient for those who love to travel in a sustainable way.
