I own and I was born in this apartment. The view and the location of this apt. is a kind of magic. S. Peter's Square is really 300 m. far. S. Peter's Dome seems really very near as appears in the pictures. This apartment is in a small and charm compound of buildings inside a private garden. It is the last floor, so you cannot be disturbed by noise from upper apartments. The apartment is furnished with all the instruments for a nice stay. No need to bring from home or buy towels, sheets, detergents, hair dryer, toilet paper and so on. Cleanings are very accurate and we use a special effort to guarantee to our guests the quality of services expected for a 4 stars hotel. You may find books on tables and paintings on the wall about Rome. Some details (typewriter machine, encyclopedia, tape recorder) are from my family legacy. My colleague Frank works on cleanings and guests welcome at the apartment. He started working on these apartments in 2010 and his family is working for me since 1995. I work in the back office, administration and guests contacts. We both speak fluent English and some other languages as well.

I am a retired electronic engineering and I start to organize my two guest houses in 2008. At that time I connected the apartments with internet and then Wi-fi. Every technical device in the apartment is frequently tested and verified. We do prefer to prevent rather than to fix.

Vatican Balcony is at the beginning of the famous "Via Aurelia", the longest of the Roman Consular roads (III sec. B.C.). Bus stops nearby connects directly to downtown in few minutes. San Peter's Square and the Vatican is really too near to get a bus (simply 1 bus stop far). San Peter's Station is 100 m. far and connects to Termini Station and railway stations. It could be used to connect to the airport in the cheapest way, even if we do suggest to use a taxi from Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports. A supermarket is very near, no problem to get food and beverages there or at the small groceries nearby. A very typical Food Market is only 200 meters far in Via Gregorio VII. There you can buy food, beverages, flowers and a lot of curious things not easy to find elsewhere. It will worth a visit. Restaurants nearby are often for occasional tourists (and I suggest to avoid them). Luckily there are some restaurants we do suggest, the same we personally use for our own.
