What can I say. The property is incredibly beautiful and well kept. You'll feel mostly alone among the tropical flora, full of birds and also have the ability to use the onsite cenotes basically by yourself which is an absolutely added value considering most of the cenotes around Tulum are highly trafficked and over-priced to access. The food is excellent and service in top. We liked that the property is outside Tulum which makes the surroundings peaceful. We also stayed in the south Tulum Beach area and we loved the relaxed location of wakax much much more. We had a rental car so it was easy to get into and out of tulum.

The property is amazing- like a world of its own with many places to explore and enjoy. You could probably spend the entire vacation just enjoying the hotel, the nature and activities.

This probably one of the best place we stayed as a family: very high quality premises, decorated with a lot of taste. while you can always go outside of the property. their is a lot to do locally: Cave / Cenote discovery: this is something unique that you won’t anywhere else, the 1h walk in the dark cave was an amazing experience. Bike tour in the Maya village paddle on the lake, one of the 3 very quiet pools. the activity manager (Gonzo) made the stay very interesting, his knowledge of the region, the culture, the forest is just amazing. he is also very friendly, able to adapt to large groups (we were 10). you move through out the property in bicycle making it a unique experience. we also did Yoga every morning with stunning and peaceful views. overall the highlights of our 10ans tour of Yucatan.

This is a beautiful retreat. Near Tulum, but a quiet, relaxing property with amazing architectural diversity and lots of quiet places to enjoy time with your partner. Love the vegan options in the restaurant menu. Probably a good spot for an event. This is not a resort you should visit if you are looking for a party.
