The project "Legendary Bay", was caringly created and developed having in mind the story of our land, Seixal, in hope of providing you, a comfortable stay in a XIX century style apartment, by Pedro Perdigão your host, and local artist Hugo Castanheira. Located in Seixal, historic centre, by the church square! The river and Seixal bay, have been fundamental in Seixal's living history which can be tracked back to the XIV century!

Seixal, is a relaxed fishing, historical village, where nature and the river will surely be part of your experience! from the fisherman on the yard, and the cod traditions, to the historical cork factory, going until the XIV century and it's water mills! A wide variety of tastes in the restaurants, colourful houses, and easy living! walks by the river, migratory bird watching as well as boat trips, fishing experiences, canoeing, paddling, and much more! Nowadays, the sheltered Bay of Seixal is the refuge for a great diversity of fauna and flora, namely the Flamingos, which we can find in the area of the sapal of Corroios.. There are free public parking spaces near the accommodation, but there is also easy access to various means of transport. The Seixal River Terminal is about 1.2 miles away and whose ferry ride to Lisbon's historic centre is a fantastic 20-minute journey down the Tagus River. By car you can reach Lisbon in just 15 minutes, some of the best beaches in Europe between 15 and 40 minutes depending on the beach you choose, Serra da Arrábida in 20 minutes, Azeitão in 20 minutes, and much more!
