Our facility consists of 20 suites. Suites have 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The suites can accommodate up to 5-6 people comfortably. Upon request, it is possible to increase the number of guests by opening an extra bed in the suite, depending on availability. There are radiators in every room in our suites and there is hot water 24/7. Kettle, mini fridge, glassware and treats are available in the kitchen section. In case of demand, we can provide cooktops, cookware and dinnerware for an extra fee.

Our facility is located on Iskele Street, one of the main arteries of the city, and is on the west of Cumhuriyet Street and Beşyol Square. Within 1 km of the facility, there are supermarkets, restaurants, hospital, pharmacies, shops, petrol stations, taxi stands and shopping centers. It is a 10-minute drive from Van AVM, the largest shopping center in the city. It is a 15-minute drive from Van Museum and Van Castle. It is 6.5 kilometers from Van Ferit Melen Airport. It is 17 kilometers from Edremit district, where boat trips are organized to Akdamar Island, and 40 kilometers from Gevaş district. It is 80 km from Muradiye Waterfall.
