Stunning Ocean Front Home – Hale Moana Kona Perfect spot to enjoy the Ironman Finals! Watch from your lanai as the swimmers round the turn bouy, then later as the participants run past your front door.. This is an amazing place to watch a pod of spinner dolphins, Humpback whales, the beautiful Kona sunsets, or just relax and be amazed by the ever-changing Pacific Ocean. Enter through the front door, choose your bedroom, and drop off your luggage. This floor will be your refuge for privacy from the group. Both oceanfront bedrooms have sliding doors that lead to a large, shared lanai with unobstructed ocean views and a wonderful sea breeze. Both rooms are beautifully appointed with king beds, plenty of storage, and flat screen TVs. The primary’s ensuite bath includes a large shower, separated toilet, double lavatories on the vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, and plenty of storage. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner for personalized comfort as you sleep. A second full bathroom with an air tub/shower combo is off the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. In addition, this level has a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, and pull-out ironing board. The main living area is a level up. The magic of the house shines on this floor as you are rewarded with indoor to outdoor living and non-stop expansive ocean views. The gourmet kitchen is extremely well equipped and functionally designed. Enjoy the your island home as you gather and relax on modern furnishings. Slide open the 20-foot disappearing doors and extend your living space to include the lanai. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area. The property is securely gated to the street and has 3 security cameras outside the home.
