Welcome to the Swiss Chalet - this adorable home checks all the boxes! Premier cul-de-sac location walking distance to Fly-In Lake and backing up to vacant land for extra privacy. Many recent upgrades make this cabin ready to create mountain memories with your family, friends, and Fido too. Newer flooring and composite deck, cozy gas log stove in the living room, plus central air (a rare find in the mountains) keep you comfortable year-round! Enjoy seasonal guest access to Blue Lake Springs Rec Center/Snowflake Lodge and Fly-In Lake (guest fees apply). Bedrooms: Swiss Chalet sleeps 10 guests in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is one the main floor with a Queen bed and a Twin bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with 2 Twin beds and a futon. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs with a King bed, a Twin bed, and a sofa sleeper. There is a full bathroom on each level and the laundry is on the main floor. Amenities: Blue Lake Springs Rec Center/Snowflake Lodge and Fly-In Lake (guest fees apply), Wifi, TV, Satellite, DVD Player, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Washer, Dryer. Linens and Towels Provided. Maximum 10 Guests, Pets ok, No Smoking, No Check-in on Christmas or Easter Sunday. Person reserving the cabin must be at least 25 years old. All our cabins are on septic systems so it is very important to only flush toilet paper. Most cabins have water heaters of 50-75 gallon capacity so you may need to stagger your showers or run dishwasher during non-shower times to ensure hot water for all. Smoking is not permitted in any cabin. Campfires and fireworks are prohibited. Outdoor fire pits are permitted in winter months only due to high fire risk. In the Winter do not park on the street due to snow plowing, you could get plowed in. You may need to move your car from the driveway to have it plowed properly (you can't plow a driveway with vehicles there) Please be patient with the snowplow companies to plow the roads and driveway.
