The location is great, the patio area is big and spacious and was great to relax throughout the day. Beds were super comfy, shower worked properly with good pressure. Everything you need for a stay!

We liked the bus stop on the front door so you can grab a 2€ bus to most places. It was a super easy walk upon arrival off the ferry. It’s a nice pool and hotel but I found it was lacking atmosphere. We liked breakfast at Tropicanas which was a 5min walk down across the road near the beach. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice.

Villa Giulia Seaview Villa exceeded all our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, offering amazing panoramic views of the sea. The villa itself is immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The outdoor area, with its beautiful pool and well-maintained garden, was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed. This villa is a true gem, and we can't wait to return!

Lovely outdoor area with flowers, spacious balcony with blue shutters. Very comfortable room with tonnes of space. Bathroom so nice with some small bottles of shampoo/body wash which was great. Lovely man gave us a lift to the port free of charge when we checked out.

The location of this property was great! Only 3-5 minute walk to the centre. The pool was quite private and big with a lovely view and lots of space to sunbathe. The balcony again had a lovely view and the beds were comfortable. There was a really good hairdryer, fridge and big mirror. I found the host and staff were nice despite the reviews. Overall the outside of the property was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable but basic.

Very spacious rooms and incredibly friendly staff. They were happy to help with every request including free transfers from the port and helping us navigate around Ios. Can not recommend highly enough. The pool was incredible and plenty of lounge chairs to relax. The pool bar was also a great add and the staff topped off the experience
