Wide and clean room. Nice view. Very kind and thoughtful staffs. I would like to stay again in the same room when in Changsha.

A wonderful stay. I had a Suite with nice view to Yiwu square. The staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly kind and attentive. They even made me feel extra special when they found out it was my birthday! The breakfast was delicious and always on time. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable birthday stay!

Loved the location! I traveled with my two boys (12/14) and always felt safe and we never ran out of things to do. We were near a subway line (5 min walk) and there are eateries everywhere! TWO malls with plenty of shopping and necessities available (Grocery store on the bottom level of the mall nearest the subway). Coffee shops (maybe 3 within 2 mins of the hotel entrance and dozen more within an easy walk), boba … dumplings and every traditional Chinese dish in a restaurant, store front or street vendor. It’s a lively and safe space with everyone being super patient with our minimal mandarin. It is not a big hotspot for international guests, so everything is more authentic, it was exactly the space we were looking for. The room itself has a kitchen where we did make several meals in house - but you do need to request equipment (we ended up buying some of our own since we stayed a month and cooking was important to us). There was daily housekeeping even in a long term rental. Breakfast was delicious with 3 made to order noodle breakfast options and a full room of other breakfast dishes including an espresso machine. The front desk and housekeeping don’t speak english, but they are happy to work with you via translator apps to make sure they get you what you need.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, they will send you a list of nice places to visit and eat as well as their QR codes to queue Location is good too, just about 5mins walk to Wuyi Square Room is worth every penny you pay

Welcoming staff! Really appreciated the Hotel, the amenities and the location. Highly recommend to stay at the Park Hyatt. You will have a wonderful view of the city!
