From arrival until departure I had a wonderful stay - in fact, even after departure, as I was allowed to leave my rucksack there all day (there being no left-luggage lockers at the station). The (I presume) owner was friendly, kind and helpful; the room was ideal for me and perfectly comfortable; the bathroom - though TINY - had everything and, given the space constraints, was exceptionally well laid out; and in the morning the breakfast was quite simply the best and most imaginative I have ever had, with interesting and exotic homemade preserves, an abundance of fresh, hot bread/rolls, cheeses, hams, good coffee and - as well as the usual good-quality fruit juices - a delicious homemade elderflower drink. All in all, a hotel and a breakfast not to be missed.

The location was excellent, easy to find and plenty of parking spaces. The staff were efficient and helpful and spoke English. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
